Services have been created with default settings. After adjusting the working hours of the company and employees, the service booking times do not change. The service can be booked between 11 am and 7 pm.
Hello Kristina,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Timeslot availability depends on the combination of the service duration and employee work. If the service duration is 1h and the employee work hours are configured 09 - 17, then the timeslots will be displayed in increments of 1h , so 09 - 10, 10 - 11, 11 - 12
Please note, that the working hours in "Global work hours" are not the same as the employee work hours. Employee work hours will override those "Global work hours".
You can find more information on this link.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
