I deleted the plugin, re-installed it however now I cannot edit a service, add an employee etc. However if I downgrade to the free version everything works without any issues.
The screens I need to edit just get stuck loading. You should still have credentials to log in and see. I cannot edit an existing employee and can't save a new employee.
They did that and same issue. At this point I am about to just cut my losses, what is funny is that the app works fine once it is the trial version. I am going to request a refund for this and seek an alternate plugin.
Amelia wasnt installed on your WP, so i've installed it and i;ve managed to activate it. I'm still seing the error of missing column, so we would have to do it manually through the database. I went ahead and installed plugin PHP my admin, to save some time, but the access is denied.
Would you mind providing the database access so we can log in and troubleshoot further?
Apologies, but we don't offer support outside the Ticksy, just on some social media platforms.
In order to delete the employee, we would need to access the database, since the employee can't be opened and deleted in that way, because of the missing column error.
Usually, you just need to disable the amelia, clear the cache, then activate it again and clear again, and it should pick up the column, but not in this case.
I went into the Database and deleted my account, but nothing is being saved in Amelia. I can't even create a new service, it is almost like it does not have permission to write to the database from wordpress.
Hi Stefan, I tried connecting that way and it didn't work. I have no other way to give you access to that remotely. I do notice that when I go into Category and create one it doesn't show in amelia but when I go intot he database I am seeing the category likewise for other things.
On a good not, Amelia updated recently and I am now able to save changes to settings.
Still not able to :
Create an employee
See the location or services I create
Test to schedule a booking
Dashboard does not load at all, only the Amelia logo shows.
We managed to get it working, finally. The problem was the missing column, as we already concluded before, but this one was related to employees and it needed to be added manually. Everything is working properly now, feel free to double-check and let us know.
(make sure that you change the password of CPanel)

Hello Michael,
I see now. There is missing column error in the console
Please, try this -
Deactivate Amelia, purge the cache on your site, reactivate Amelia, purge the cache again, and it should pick up the missing column.
Please, let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

I disabled Plugin, installed W3 Total Cache, and cleared all cache, then enabled Amelia, and no change.
I can't edit existing employee either, it is stuck loading
Thank you
Hello Michael,
Can try reinstalling the Amelia to the latest version 7.1? Also, ask the hosting to do a deep cache purge.
The point here is that Amelia needs to pick up the missing column.
Please, keep me posted.

I re-installed the plugin again for a final try, can you delete the employee and all data related to Amelia so we can start from fresh?

Can we do a remote session to do this part, maybe over zoom? I can schedule it.

I went into the Database and deleted my account, but nothing is being saved in Amelia. I can't even create a new service, it is almost like it does not have permission to write to the database from wordpress.
I also went into the Database and saw the new category I created "Consultation" but on the front end nothing is being shown.
If I install the downgraded version of Amelia, I am able to see all the data but if I use the new version I see nothing.
Hello Michael,
Yes, certainly, if you can provide the link for the database (preferably PHP admin), it would be great.
Thanks.

Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan,
What is the url you will be accessing this from, as it will need to be added to allow remote connection.
I will send you credentials for cpanel via email

It now works 100%
Hello Michael,
Great! Thanks for the feedback. No, there is no need to open a new ticket, let me investigate this issue, as well.
Here is what i've found in the console
That means that the issue lies with your SMTP credentials.
I advise to double-check again did you input all the right details for your SMTP Configuration and try to do a Test Email from Amelia Notifications.
If it says again "SMTP Error: Could not authenticate" , it means the error is thrown from your SMTP Email Host you are using.
That is not an issue from Amelia, so you can only try to reach out to your Email Hosting Support and see if they can help.
Please, let me know if it works after checking.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
