Hello TMS Team,

I need the link where my customers can cancel their own appointments. I don't want to use customer logins as this would complicate the customer's journey, and it is not needed and wanted right now. As I created the messages for the customers I added the tag %appointment_cancel_url% which only leads me to an error page 404 with the url:  

https://aesthetic-health.com/wp-admin/%appointment_cancel_url%

Alternative I saw the ameliacustomerpanel where the customers can eneter their email, you will see it in the attached pics. If I enter my email there after I booked a date, then it will be cancelled and I receive the email with the cancellation status. This would be fine for my use as I could create a page only for cancellation and send it to the customers but the widget has the completely wrong text:

It says that you will receive your log in infos but that is not true as I DONT WANT TO USE THAT. 

I hope you can help me. A lot of things are not really working and honestly I'm thinking of looking for another tool but I would love to get amelia working.......
