We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

How can I remove the gradient header image in the service. I don't want to have an image for this service. Is it possible to remove the gradient header and as well as that, is it possible to remove the service info? I don't need that info to appear.

    Hello Niall,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This is how Amelia is designed and this can perhaps be achieved via custom CSS.

We do not provide  custom CSS solution but this time we believe that we can help. This is a default margin , top and bottom margin is 100px.

It is the same on our Demo here.

We are gathering all the feedback and suggestions for improvements from our users

in order to improve the Form over time, as well as to add more customization options, according to what most of our users suggest,

we just can't say an ETA but we do our best to add as much new options as possible during updates.

We can't make a universal design that suits everyone, but we will do our best to cover most use-cases.

For the time being, you can use this CSS to manipulate these margins around the Step 2.0 form :

    .amelia-v2-booking #amelia-container.am-fs__wrapper {       margin: 100px auto;    margin-top: 100px;    margin-right: auto;    margin-bottom: 100px;    margin-left: auto;    }

Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.

If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.

    Hope this helps.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice weekend.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
