    Hi! I would like to ask for help. I want to set up an appointment booking system for a co-working office. My client has the following requests, can this be done with Amelia?

    - The office has 8 reservable tables. The client would like to be able to reserve a table from 8:00 to 16:00 and see how many seats are available.
    - It should be possible to reserve the whole office for the whole day. This could be booked 2 weeks in advance only, and no one else could book individual tables on that day. 
    - Any reservation could be cancelled 2 days before the booked date.
    - The reservation can be paid for immediately by credit card, for which an invoice is sent immediately by the system, so that it can be linked to an invoicing system
    - In case of cancellation, send a cancellation invoice and return the money to the customer.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    When you have several questions or issues or use cases please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. 

    Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

    1. - The office has 8 reservable tables. The client would like to be able to reserve a table from 8:00 to 16:00 and see how many seats are available. - If you have 8 tables with for example 10 seats you need to create 8 employees one for each table. And you need to set the service capacity to 10. And the length of that service to be 8 hours

    Customers can not see how many places is available we do not have this kind of option at this time

    2. - It should be possible to reserve the whole office for the whole day. This could be booked 2 weeks in advance only, and no one else could book individual tables on that day. - We do nor know how your business looks like, but in general there is no option in Amelia where one person can book all slots for all employees. So in this case if this office has 8 tables customer must book 8 times with 8 employees to be able to book whole office. In settings for each service you can set booking in advanced option. There you can decide how long in advanced your customers needs to book

    3. - Any reservation could be cancelled 2 days before the booked date - This also you can set in service settings 

    4. - The reservation can be paid for immediately by credit card, for which an invoice is sent immediately by the system, so that it can be linked to an invoicing system - They can pay immediately but we do not have invoice option at this time we will add this in the future not eta at the moment so for now you can use woocommerce and their invoice option

    5. - In case of cancellation, send a cancellation invoice and return the money to the customer. - We a refund option where you can click and refund a custoemr. You can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/configuring-payments/#refund
