Have multiple issues with this plugin. Have submitted ticket to support asking for help but seem to be getting little to no response from them at all!
Our set up: WordPress, Amelia, Elementor Pro, and WooCommerce.
What we are trying to achieve: Want to set up a booking calendar that adds the Zoom link automatically to new calendar bookings. Some services are delivered in person, so the system needs to be adaptable.
1 - TOP PRIORITY/URGENT - we have followed all the instructions for adding the Amelia Step Booking 2.0 to our page, but when the button is clicked nothing appears. See weblink/attachments provided.
2 - we have set up the Services in the back end. Added Zoom integration - as per the Marketplace instructions. I know the Zoom/Amelia integration/connection is working, because if I create a booking on the Amelia backend I can see a new Zoom meeting when I check the Zoom app. However, the staff are not receiving an email confirmation and the calendar invite that the customer receives does NOT contain any details of the Zoom link. The Location field is empty in the calendar .ics file.
So you will continue resolving your issue with my colleague there on that ticket.
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!

Sorry to hijack the topic but I am also facing problems with the Zoom- Amelia integration since the Zoom authorization changes . I attach for example a screenshot where the appointment is set WITHOUT zoom details and another appointment for the same person at the same time is set WITH the Zoom links.
Is there something I might be doing wrong? Can someone check for me for example with an Anydesk session?
Can you please open your own separate ticket and just paste the text there? We can not continue resolving your issue here since Adrian will get each of our responses.
