Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

    Appointment times are showing available in Amelia when they are not due to appointment being booked in google calendar. If someone selects one that actually isn't available in google it takes all their details as if they are being booked then thinks for ages and comes back saying in red "Time not available".

    This is loosing my client customers.

    Is there a setting we have missed?

    What is required to change this?  The customer is ready to cancel.

    Looks like I solved it.  The "Maximum Number Of Events Returned:" was set to only 50, when I changed this to 500 it became more accurate.

    The other problem we found was the client had been making all day events as reminders and leaving them as busy in her google cal and this then blocked out her whole day.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are glad to hear that you managed to resolve this issue but may we advice you to set this up to 2500 just in case.

    This is integration is suppose to work. If she has a hole day set as busy those days will not be available for booking in Amelia if she sets only 1 hour as busy only that 1 hour time slot will show as busy in Amelia.
