Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hello again,
Another problem I encountered is on the slots calculation. If a service has Custom Duration and Pricing enabled, for example 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours, when a customer try to make a reservation for 1 hour, the time slots are calculated well. But if the customer changes his mind and click back and select a 2 hours reservation, then the second time slot is not calculated well. Then the third one and the rest take the second time slot as a reference point.
In General Settings we use 5 min as default step. "Use service duration for booking a time slot" and "Include service buffer time in time slots" options are disabled.
Thank you.

Hello Dorin,
We do not know which user has this issue but most of your users and in the extent Amelia it elf has a conflict of roles.
So each user must only have one role end each role must have separate mail and separate login.
User can not be admin and customer or admin and manager and admin and employee or employee and a customer, etc. They need to have only one role.
You have a number of users that has this conflict of roles and because of that Amelia can not function properly
In general just deleting this extra roles and leaving the default role is enough to sort this type of issues after purging the cache.
So please try this first. In this particular case since they have up to 3 roles added to a user it might not be enough and you would need to delete them from a database so that Amelia can function properly.
Let us first try this and delete the other roles and just leave the default one and purge the cache and let us know how it goes.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic

Hi Marko,
Something is strange. I deleted all extra roles for the users who have Amelia Employee additional role. So they have one role from Wordpress (subscriber, editor etc.) and the Amelia Employee role.
But only one user with the Amelia Employee role appears when I try to add a new Employee. Please check the pictures attached. Or you can try by yourself on the live site.
Thank you.
