We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I would like to switch over my booking to Amelia but I am having a hard time finding out whether it will work with FluentCRM. FluentCRM does accept webhooks and it also has a deep integration with WooCommerce. The Amelia webhooks documentation only refers to connecting to Mailchimp with Zapier. I do not want to use Zapier and also FluentCRM is not an option on there. Can you please detail how I can use Amelia with FluentCRM so i can confirm whether I should upgrade from the free version.
Hello Lindsay,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
We explained the process regarding the Zapier since it's the most used method, but in our documentation, you can also find other Amelia WebHooks available in WP.
Please, find more information on this link.
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

ok. This isnt very helpful as it appears too techy for me. This might not be the plug-in for me if it requires that much extra work to connect to another popular WP plugin CRM or requires yet another plug-in to connect it all.
Hello Lindsay,
Sorry to hear that, but Amelia itself is a standalone plugin, we came up with the solution for connecting to the CRM by using WebHooks or API endpoint. Certainly, currently, there is no other way to connect it.
If you have any other questions regarding Amelia, feel free to ask.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

I am going to use WooC hopefully to facilitate the connection to FluentCRM.
The URL part of the webhook does not fit with how FluentCRM uses webhooks..
Hello Lindsay,
Thank you for the information. Just wanted to add that we also have the option for API endpoints besides the WebHooks.
API Endpoints allow calling the plugin’s actions from external systems. These endpoints are designated locations within an API where requests are accepted and responses are provided. They facilitate communication between diverse systems and applications by enabling the exchange of information and instructions through these designated access points. Please, find more information on this link.
For any additional questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
