In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

Highcharts empty - too many rows?

    Hi,

    is there a limitation how many rows highcharts line chart can render?

    We have a table on the same page as the chart with advanced filter and it works, if we limit the rows of the data table (SQL query with LIMIT to 1000). If we have more rows than 1000 the table show up, but the chart is empty.

    Hi Marcel,

    There should be no limitation, that looks very strange as you have shown.

    If i understood, if you place a limit to 1000 rows in your SQL Query Table, then the Chart loads the series Data;

    But if you remove that limit - and activate "Follow table filtering", the series become blank like on your screenshot?


    Can we take a closer look at how you configured everything on the back-end, and please send me the front-end Page URL as well, where this happens?

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    And point us to the Chart ID, please.
