Unfortunately, this is a known issue with the Quill editor (the library currently in use), as documented here: https://github.com/quilljs/quill/issues/2905. We are unable to replace the library at this time, as doing so would disrupt templates for thousands of other users.
We plan to introduce a setting for the default notification editor in future updates (no ETA available at the moment) to mitigate this behavior. In the meantime, we recommend avoiding the editing of notifications containing lists via the HTML editor.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
Hi,
Every time, when I am editing a notification E-Mail, it adds an additional empty line. In html it seems, it adds those three lines.
<p>
<br>
</p>
This happens before html list tag.
Best,
Marco

Hello Marco,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
It's rather strange, I've tried adding the html list tag and some text above it, but it doesn't add the additional line before the list tag
Is this the right way to replicate it?
Thanks. Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
