We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I just realised that the wp_amelia_notifications_log in my website's database was very big - 3.1 Gb and this caused my website and Amelia not to work properly. My database limit is 3 Gb.
It had over 86000 entries since February 2021 when I first started to use Amelia, and most of this entries are not needed.
Is there any option to keep the notifications information only for a desired period of time (6 or 12 months) to avoid having that much database usage?
Thanks,
Nicolaie

Hello Nicolaie,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. You can delete the entires from the database but we do not advice that since you can possible create some issues. We had customer that have done that despite our advice and in some cases it went well in other it did not so they need to start from scratch. The choice is yours of course we can only advice that you increase your memory limit.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
