Hey everyone!

With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:

After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Warm regards and happy holidays!

    Bonjour

j'ai créé une table depuis Google drive.

    J'ai 2 types d'erreur :

    - sur une des table il manque la 4ème colonne..

    - sur la seconde table ls données sont format string, donc inutilisable en graphique

    Merci

    Hi Thierry,

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Please note that the official support language is English, and we have to use Google Translator to try and understand other languages. Since a lot can be lost in translation, we apologize in advance if we misunderstood some segments of your message, and we also ask you to please translate your future messages to English.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    1. - on one of the tables the 4th column is missing..

Can you tell me does the Table look OK on the Back-End,  this issue only shows on the front-end WP Page, i suppose?

If that is the case, it is most probably some conflict on your Site.

wpDataTables is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) concept-based plugin.

This means that the table should look the same both in the back-end and in the front-end. If your front-end table looks and behaves differently than in the back-end, this usually implies that there is another plugin (or the current theme) that's changing the behavior of our plugin.

Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved?

If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be).

If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue occurred.

Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

Let me know if you isolate a conflict with these steps?

    2. - on the second table the data is in string format, therefore unusable in graphics :

Can you please open a separate ticket for this issue, and if you can please write more details about this.

I presume you mean to make a Chart from some Columns - but those columns are in String Type so you can't use them as Chart Series, right?

If you can please show us some screenshots or a Video, which columns you need to use and what kind of Chart you wish to make, then we will see if we can propose a workaround.

When you have multiple questions or issues which are for different subjects/topics,

please open a new ticket for each subject, and we will help/advise more effectively.

In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other users or our support agents can find them easily.

Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket for the reasons described already.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Kind Regards,

    Miloš Jovanović
