I have set up a custom user role for my client using Capabilities Pro. No matter what, they can only see the WPDataTables admin menu item if they are an admin-level user. Is there a way to give my client access to the WPDataTables menu without them having to be an admin?
Hello,
To begin, I want to extend my heartfelt apologies for the delayed reply,
which is due to an unexpectedly high volume of inquiries.
We truly value your patience during this period.

To allow another user role ( other than Administrators) to see the tables in back-end,
you can enable "manage_options" capability through User Role Editor:
Then this User Role will also be able to see and edit tables in back-end.
We just advise caution, to double-check all the access that this User Role will have when you enable them to have the manage_options.
You can check here on the official WordPress documentation, to see more details about the permission :
https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/roles-and-capabilities/#manage_options
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
