Do you want to allow the same employee to be booked for more than one class at the same time, or do you just want to make the employee available for all 3 classes at the same time, to give the option for the student to choose the class and then when the first class is booked the employee would become unavailable for the other 2 classes?
If you need the second option then something like this is possible - in the employee's working hours add a working period and assign all 3 classes to the same working period. In that way, the employee will be shown as available for all 3 classes at the same time until the first class is booked.
If you need an employee to stay available for the other 2 classes as well, then unfortunately something like this is not possible at the moment. We plan to add an option for parallel booking but I cannot say for sure when it will be implemented.
It would be great if you could provide more information about the use case so we can provide a better explanation.
Hello,
How can I make an employee available for the same time slot for three different classes in the same time slot?
Example:
Category 1 Member: (Dance Class $10)
Time: 18.30 -19.30
Category 2 Non-Member: (Dance Class $15), (Trial Dance Class $12)
Time: 18.30 -19.30
The same Employee ( John Doe ) should be available to all 3 Service ( Class ) at the same time 18.30 -19.30
Is there any setting or customisation?
Thank you for your help.
Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your interest in Amelia's options.

I have created a Service: Dance
I have divided the Dance into two categories:
- Members $10
- Non-Member $15
Only the fees change. The time & day stay the same
--------------------------------------------------
I have only one Employee: John
John should be available for both Category: Members & Non Members
This is the Members View: All Date and time Slots are available even if there is a booking completed. This should also should same for Non members
------------------------------------------------------
This is the non-member view, as you can see: 21,28,29 are not available as it is booked by Members
I have already assigned both classes to same employee & set the capacity to 15
Have you understood it clear?
Hello Kevin,
Thank you for clearing that up and for your patience.
At the moment, there is no option to have one employee be available for multiple appointments at hte same time.
If they are booked for one service at one time slot, they will not be bookable for another service at that same time slot.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
