Hi, Im just configuring Amelia in a museum website
This Museum has 7 hour guided tours: 11h, 12h, 13h, 16h, 17h, 18h, 19h
I want to set limit, for example 25 people by hour. My question is if its necessary to create one service for each hour (setting limite for service) o if its possible to create only one service and inside configuracion for this service set limited for each hour.
Unfortunately, there is no option to limit the number of people per hour, but there is a workaround. In your case, "by hour" means by timeslot? There is an option to set the maximum number of people per service. This means that this applies to the service generally, and you would need to create a couple of services with service duration for each. That means if the customer chooses a particular service, then the configuration of maximum people will be applied for that service.
I hope it helps. Please, let me know if you have any other questions.
I see that you've opened another ticket regarding this case and I see that my colleague responded with another workaround. This is what I also wanted to suggest if you want to have a service duration of 1 hour. If you only want to have a service duration of 1h then, you can create a few employees and assign them to each hour, but in case if you want to have a different service duration, then you would need to create different services for each timeslot.
