could you please clarify whether there's any way to completely customise a specific appointment starting time, even if it's only when booking it from the back end?
I've currently set up the plugin with 4 employees which are basically all different versions of myself, assigned to different services which take place in different locations (online, in person, or on the phone).
I'd like if needed to be able to book appointments at a time that's convenient to me, rather than at the fixed [service duration]x [slots n.xyz] currently on display. For example, if my service has a duration of 50 mins+10 mins buffer and my working hrs start at 10, Amelia only allows me to book appointments at 10/11/12/13/14 etc. I haven't found a way anywhere to force-change this to have more flexibility. For example, if a client can only make it at, say, 30 past the hour, and I'm available/willing to meet their request, at the moment it looks like I can't do that in any way.
In case it helps, please note that my Default Time Slot is 10 mins, my calendar was completely empty in the time period I tested and I'm trying to "force-book" the appointment myself from the back end (i.e. not using the booking form on my website page).
Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially as not being able to fully customise booking slots would basically render the whole plugin useless for me!

I've actually found the solution myself. Going to Settings - Roles - Admin and turning off "Booking Time Slots will depend on the service duration" achieves the result I wanted, i.e. to be able to book appointments at any time, overwriting the fixed slots determined by service duration.
We are glad to hear that, we understand now, that when you turn off this option you will see the time slots as you set them in the default time slot settings. So if you set it to 5 minutes you will them as available on every 5 minutes.
