"Error with excel file linking" (#3523121) / TMS-Plugins

I have a certain amount of tables created in the linked website. They were created 2 years ago. When I try to open a page with one of the tables in the website I get now the message "the provide file xxxxxxx does not exists!" where xxxxx is the name of the excel file linked to the tables. You can see the issue for example on this page: Teste sterzo maschio | FRAP-OEM

I checked and the excel files are still present in the system. I would like to try to rebuild the connection or change to a different location, but if I try to edit one table in the plugin, I get a white page with the same error code and no way to change the address table.

Hello Daniele.
Please provide me with:
a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user
FTP access
Database access for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
