We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I want to ask about this new feature.
If the admin create an appointment for a client with pending status from the admin panel, will the client receive a link through which he can approve or reject the appointment?
thank you
Hello Mahmut,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
When you say "admin panel" i suppose you mean the backend of the WP? When Admin creates an appointment from the backend for a certain customer, both notifications will sent to the customer and employee. Is essentially the same process as when the customer books an appointment from the frontend, the difference is that the admin is manually creating an appointment for the customer.
If there are links (placeholders) added to the template, they will receive the notification template with those placeholders, as they would if the book an appointment from the front end.
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello Stefan,
I have the same question, so when I book from the backend and set the appointment PENDING, then a notification email will go automatically to the client.
Is there a way to insert a link to the notification email, that will change the status of the appointment to APPROVED when pushed?
Thx
Hello Gábor,
With Amelia 7.0, we've added the option to add placeholders to Confirm or Reject Appointments from email notifications.
These placeholders can be found under the notification tab, under the Employee section.
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
