I honestly don't understand your communication, nor your customer management and attitude.
In practice, I send any bug report or feature deficiency, but no meaningful response is received.
However, your plugins are not cheap, even expensive.
You don't listen to the needs and feedback of the users (who pay you!).
I honestly don't understand what people pay for. I am extremely disappointed and saddened by Amelia support. It was never outstanding, but in recent months the quality has taken an incredible plunge.
Thank you very much for your feedback, we appreciate it.
My apologies for not being clear enough in my previous response.
At the moment, we do not have a pending status for events, but this will be implemented in the future, unfortunately, there is no ETA on when it will be implemented.
We are working on improving our services and support each day, and we are sorry to hear that you feel that way.
But, we appreciate your time to write the feedback and it is very helpful for us.
In the meantime, if you have any other questions, please let me know.
My problem is that the answers are actually always the same or very similar. Don't has this feature at the moment, we will implement it in the future, but it hasnt got ETA.
Other times, I get an answer that I should post on an idea board. I did it (extend payment gateways). It received more than a hundred likes in 3 days, but nothing has happened since then.
Or e.g. there is the waiting list feature. It received nearly 1,000 requests, more than 2 years ago of feature requests. It is still only in "planned" status.
To me, this means that you don't care about the needs of the customers at all. You implement the features that are easy for you, even if very few people have asked for them. Of course, these are also incredibly slow to prepare.
In 2023, when the prices of plugins gone to sky (you too), the competition will be much greater.
I completely understand your position and I appreciate your honesty and feedback.
As our developers are working on plenty of different feature implementation and bug fixes at all times, we tend to prioritize feature development based on a number of votes for that specific feature request and also the difficult of implementation of a certain feature.
Please note that having thousands of feature requests and improvements can be a bit too much for a small development team Amelia has. I want to thank you for your patience with this, and I'll get back to you as soon as we have more information about this improvement.
If you have any other questions, please let me know and I will assist you with it.
As with the meetings, I would need a new (unique?) notification, but I can't find a suitable option anywhere.
When booking for the event, you automatically accept and approve it.
However, this should be solved in two steps, for which I cannot find a solution.

Hello Patrick,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
At the moment, there is no pending status for events, which is why it is not available.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
