I have a question about timing schedule. I would like to have a few hours appointment and the customer should be able to choose when it starts.
For example: I have a 3hour long appointment and when a client wants to book it he can either choose 9:00-12:00 or 12:00-15:00.
What can I do to give a client more options? It's up to him to decide if the appoitment should start at 9 or 10 or 11 ... or whenever he wants if the calendar is free.
And it doesn't matter if there is a custom duration choosen or just a normal service.
I have one more question regarding calendar and timing. I have seen that it is possible to set specific timing for each service. For example: one employee has two different services: A can be scheduled from 9 to 23, and B can be scheduled from 16 to 23.
But when I set A there is no option to set B (the hours are impossible to choose). There is probably something in the settings I should change, could you please tell me where to look?
Attached you can find a screenshot - it's in polish but you probably know Amelia so well that it doesn't matter :)
Also: is it possible to schedule a service longer than 24h? I would like to schedule one from 16 on Friday until 18 on Sunday. Could it be done?
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
1. For that purpose, you will need to set it up the following way:
9-16h - Service A
16-23h - Service A & B
2. At the moment, there is no option to book an appointment that is longer than 24 hours.
This will be implemented in the future, but there is no ETA on this.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hello Magda,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you will need to disable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option on the Amelia/Settings/General page.
Please let me know if that works for you.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,

Is it possible to change the format from 1:00PM-2:00PM to 13:00-14:00? I could not find this in settings.
Hello Magda,
Thank you for the update on this.
Just change the time format on the WordPress General Settings and it will be applied in Amelia as well. Please take a look at our documentation page to read more about how to change date & time formats - Configuring WordPress Date/Time Settings in the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin.
Pease let me know if that works for you.
