Front-end problematics with french translation

    I have been trying to translate my appointment booking form 2.0 in french. Using Loco translate, I was able to translate most of the form, however there still remains multiple sections left untranslated and I do not know how to automatically OR manually translate them. Here is what I have tried :

    1- Add the translation manually in the Step-by-Step booking form customization. I translated the Labels that had a default configuration manually. The issue is when I refresh on the front-end, the translation doesn't work. 

    I have tried to clear cache and as a result, the translations in the customization section are erased which is quite frustrating.

    2- In Amelia Setting, I have put Labels settings OFF. Again, clearing cache resets that (I don't know why...)

    3- I have tried re-translate with Loco translate if ever it missed any strings, but it didn't work. By exported the strings translated and searching for the parts that weren't translated, I could notice that they didn't even exist in the Text document containing all the translations... (see the file attached).

    4- I would like to translate my Extras automatically, as I have over 100 individual words to translate. I have tried to do that in the section "Service" manually, but that also does not work.

    I want to specify that I use Loco Translate ONLY for Amelia since WPML did not work for me. In other words, I am using two translating Plugins on my website.

    Finally, is there anyway I can link the checkout page for french Amelia to french WooCommerce Checkout? I seem to be having the same issue with Woocommerce translation.

    Hello Joewad,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and for your patience.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    First of all, can you please update the plugin to the latest version (7.1)?

    To translate the extras, please check the following video on how that is done.
