Looking at the features that you require for Amelia to work for your purpose, I can tell you, that unfortunately, that it would not suit your purposes as we do not have those options at the moment.
If you have any other questions, please let me know and I will gladly assist you with it.
1. we presume you will need each counselling Center/each Branch to have a "Manager" that will only be able to see the Center he/she is managing, without seeing the other Centers?
2. And we presume for the Payments you would need to configure a different Payment Account for receiving them, for each Center.
That is something we call a "multi vendor" option.
Currently, Amelia doesn't have the 'multi-vendor' option.
Each Employee can only see his/her own bookings, but can not see any other employee's bookings;
For example, a WP User with the Amelia Manager Role can see everything, but they will see all the Center's data, it is not possible to just show "one business to one Manager", while 'hiding the other business/Center' if that makes sense.
You can see more about each Amelia user role explained here.

There is a possibility that it will be available in the future with the developer license, but we can't say an ETA on it.
If you wish to affect the development speed for this,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

At this moment, the only workarounds can be:
1. For example, if you purchase the developer license,
you can have unlimited separate domains/sites for different vendors; ( each site can have separate Amelia installation and setup for each Center)
2. Or, you can make a multi-site environment ( with any licence, because each licence has an unlimited number of sub-domains available),
where each sub-site would be for another vendor. ( another Center)
You can, for example make a main, landing Page on a website - and there you can place links, such as "Book here for Center 1 on Location 1" and there place a link to redirect the Client to "Center 1 Website";
Then second link "Book here for Center 2 /Location 2" where another link is to redirect to another Site, and so on...
If anything was not clear or you have further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
1. We are into counselling. We have multiple branches and also multiple counsellors. so
1. Can I indicate different counsellers and their profiles
2. Can I customer choose a location from the menu ( all over the world)
3. Suppose a person from canada, wants to connect with a counsellor in chennai to be precise, whether he will be able to search and book appointment?

Hello,
Just a small follow up.
If we understood all the points of your use-case,
1. we presume you will need each counselling Center/each Branch to have a "Manager" that will only be able to see the Center he/she is managing, without seeing the other Centers?
2. And we presume for the Payments you would need to configure a different Payment Account for receiving them, for each Center.
