I am unable to set specific column widths. When I uncheck Scrollable and then check Limit table width and save. The settings go back as they were before with Scrollable checked.
Firstly “responsive” feature needs to be enabled for the table. This can be done in wpDataTables table edit page by ticking the “Responsiveness” checkbox on “Display” tab in table settings and saving changes.
The second step involves going to the wpDataTables Settings page and setting “Tablet width” option to a large value (e.g. 2000) and saving options.
To begin, I want to extend my heartfelt apologies for the delayed reply,
which is due to an unexpectedly high volume of inquiries.
We truly value your patience during this period.

If i understood, when you disable Scrollable and it allows you to enable Limit Table Width, but when you hit "Save Changes", it somehow reverts back/ does not save the changes made?
I have an idea what it might be.
Can you please check in the Main Plugin Settings, under Separate DB connection/ do you have it checked/enabled?
For example, if you have this option checked, but the credentials for the External Database might be blank, or if the "Test DB Settings" button fails - in this case, the "Save Changes" of any Plugin or Table changes will not properly work.
It is an issue that our Developers will fix in one of the Upcoming Updates, but for the time being, if the External DB Connection fails, the Plugin's "Save Changes" does not work.
If that is the case, try to uncheck it then hit "Save Changes";
And after that go back in your Table settings, try again and let me know if that fixes the issue.

Searching in support I found this, but I don't see the settings described on my table settings.
