We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

We are having trouble with the gmail sync - when selecting appointments, an appointment slot that shouldn't be available is shown as available. Once you get to the point of redirect to woocommerce, an error displays that the time slot is unavailable.
Also - I believe we renewed our license, but it is not showing up in the tms-store. I cannot renew or see the code at all, I had to go back to my original purchase email. We are on version 6.6, and will update as soon as you can provide insight on my dashboard and how to do that.
As a note - we have confirmed that the google sync is configured properly for the employee in question. (we only have one employee setup)
Problem seemed to resolve itself after re-purchasing the plugin and then updating - a suggestion would be to have expired licenses visible in the dashboard - if I could have clicked renew and then pressed update, I might have avoided the support ticket altogether.
