Hey everyone!

With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:

After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Warm regards and happy holidays!

    Hi Raymond,

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Can you please send me the Password needed to view the Page?

Just make sure to send a PRIVATE reply for this, for security reasons, so only we can see it.

It will be good if we could also see the back-end, how you setup the Table(s) if possible.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    2. Another detail i notice on the screenshot :

Can you please check, in the Shortcodes of these Tables, did you perhaps use our Excel-Like Editor view for them?

If you add the 'table_view=excel' to the Table Shortcode for the front-end,  this Editor has many differences in terms of advantages and limitations when compared to the 'standard Editor' View.

Can you check do you maybe have the Standard Editor on the back-end of your Table, and you just place the Excel-Like on front-end?

    That would explain it.

The Excel-Like Editor does not have Edit Buttons available.

You can see the full list of comparisons of options between Standard and Excel Like editor here.

Let me know if that is the case, but if not, we can still take a remote look for you.

    Thank you.

    Kind Regards,
