I am not some sort of developer or whatever.. can you make this a bit easier. What do I do with what you have send me? I tried to upload it and its not working.. Give some information!
I have sent you a whole plugin that contains fixes. You can just install the new version of the plugin and just make sure that you have the "Delete Amelia content" option disabled on the Amelia/Settings/Activation page.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
After updating website is broken - critical error.

So useless.. I know how to install plugins, how would the plugin I have already got installed get there!?
Do I have to delete the Amelia Pro I have already installed? Is it just the update you have sent me or the whole plugin?
