We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Yesterday I tested the new feature to add a link to cancel the appointment and it brought me to a page where I could modify or cancel the appointment. Today when I try it, the link takes me to the appointment page so I can create a new appointment. It does cancel the appointment but there is no indication to the customer that this has been taken care. Personally, I like the way it worked yesterday better when the user could choose to reschedule or delete the appointment.
Did something change?
Hello Glenn,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
When you click on the link to cancel the appointment, it will just cancel the appointment without asking you to modify the appointments. The link probably led you to the customer panel, and you were logged in because you could see the option to modify the appointment. Certainly, the placeholder for canceling the appointment, should just cancel the current appointment and send the notification email to both customer and employee.
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

That makes sense but allowing the customer to cancel or reschedule would be a useful feature if you can add it to a wish list. :-)
Thank you for the help and quick response
Hello Glenn,
You are welcome.
