In role settings-customers you need to enable no show tag option like this
Then once you set this appointment as no show the customers will also get this status and it will show like this
This is so that you can know when you are looking at your appointments that this customer did not show for some appointments. But there in no option in Amelia so that you can block some customers. This would be some sort of membership feature and we do not have this yat. So what you want to achieve is not possible with Amelia Im afraid.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Hello,
I updated yesterday to version 7.0 but I don't find how and where to tag a customer as 'No Show' and how to block this customer from future booking?
In general also I want to know how can I block a customer from future booking an appointment or event?
Please help. Thank you for your support.
