Hi, i am looking for an Option to Cancel a complete purchase not just the appointment. For the purchase of a service and a package.
This Option should automatically trigger molly to pay the customer back.
If i just cancel the appointment and go to molly by myself and pay the money back, the customer still have the purchase and can schedule new appointments.
There is no possibilities to manage the purchase per customer, just to manage appointments.
In my case the customer have to pay me while he is booking an appointment. And sometimes they want to cancel the complete purchase, not just the appointment.
