I've set up all my booking calendar.
When I try to book an appointment it does not show any dates availble on the calendar, not allowing me to proceed with the booking.
How can I fix this?
Hello Fernando,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
The timeslot availability depends on the combination of employee work hours and service duration. When creating an employee, you would need to assign him to the service and then set the employee's work hours in the employee settings.
To give you an example, if the service duration is 1h, and the employee work hours are set like 09 - 17, then the timeslots on the booking form will be displayed like 09 - 10, 10 - 11, 11 - 12 and etc.
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
