I have a small issue with setting the times for my services. We offer a daily wine tasting service called Casual Tasting that runs from 13:30 to 15:00. If I set it up for this time slot under an employee, the front-end booking form converts it to a 14:30 start time. If I set this service to an employee under the time slot 12:30 to 15:00, then the front-end booking form shows a 13:30 start time. I have the same issue with our other service too. Is this normal? Am I missing a setting somewhere? Please advise.
Issues like this can occur if your WordPress site is set to be in a different time zone. Since Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, it inherits the time zone from WordPress. If your time zone is in UTC+/- format, please change it by selecting the city near you. Also, please check if you enabled "Show bookings in customer's time zone" in Amelia's General settings.
If you are in a different time zone than your WordPress site is, and you've enabled this option, the times on front-end will show available time slots in your time zone, which will be the time you set in back-end +/- the time difference (depending on where you are in regards to the time zone set in WordPress' General settings).
However there is another issue with the time listings for events. I believe it's related to daylight savings time. Any new appointments I'm receiving for services after the changing of the clock are being listed as an hour earlier. For example, my tastings are listed for 13:30. If someone books it now (before the changing of the clock) for a date after the change, they receive a notification telling them the tasting starts at 12:30. Do you know of a solution to fix this?

Hello Mark,
All the times were supposed to move an hour if you have changed the time zone.
Was that the case on your website?
Looking forward to your reply.
