We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Tengo varias dudas en la configuracion 

    1.- ¿Como puedo crear la pagina front-end de mi gerente de sucursal? no quiero hacer el de los empleados, sino que el gerente pueda ver todos los movimientos de citas, clientes, pagos, pero desde afuera de cpanel de wordpress, sino una extencion como los empleados de mi pagina web de citas de amelia, donde le configure un correo y contraseña como gerente general y que pueda verlo desde una extension de url en su laptop o celular o tablet.

    2.- al momento de que un cliente acude a su cita y realiza el pago en el sitio (sucursal) quiero poder aumentar el costo del servicio o agregar mas servicios a su ticket, tambien quiero agregar productos.

    pongo un ejemplo, un cliente se realiza una cita para un tratamiento facial, pero al momento le vendemos 2 productos para el cuidado de su piel y adicional decidio quedarse para un masaje relajante, al momento de hacer el cobro, ?¿como puedo agregar estos 2 productos y el servicio de masaje relajante extra en su ticket de pago?

    Hello Ana,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. This is not possible Im afraid. Managers can manage Amelia only form the backend not from the front end. Fron end is for customers

    2. You can not do that. When a booking is made it is completed and you can not add this to it. The only this that you can do is to create a new back to back appointment if the customer choose to stay longer.
