In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

In my website I have 6 options for the Event Tickets Dialog step.
I want to separate it into two steps one for tickets and other fro additional addons for the event.
Also I want to know how can i skip the payment step as i have linked it with woocommerec.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. None of this is possible. You can not alter or change our steps in the booking forms since this is how form are designed and you do require payment from WooCommerce so this step can not be skipped. The only time this can be skipped is if the price for service or event is 0 then the payment step does not show.
