hi at the moment when you create a service, you can only assign one employee. I necessarily need the possibility of assigning even 2, how can I do it? Is this a possible implementation? even for a fee?
Just saw your topic and because Amelia support doesn't work over the weekend, here's the solution:
First you need to edit the employee. Under "Assigned Services" you can select all the services this employee is offering (you only can choose the services, which are already set up ;))
Second you need to edit the specific Service(s). There you can add all the employees which offer this service. You'll find this option under "Details" and there you'll see the tab "Employees". Just select the employees you want to add.
I probably didn't explain the problem well. When an appointment is booked, a customer or even the administrator can assign only one employee to that service covered by the appointment. I need the possibility of assigning 2 employees to the booked service (for example the haircut is carried out by two people, and not one). I attach a screenshot to better explain what to change. Even if you have to pay for the intervention, it's not a problem, but it's something that I necessarily need because I often need to assign more than one employee for a booked service.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
At the moment, there is no built-in feature in Amelia that would allow assigning two Employees for the same Appointment. However, it can be fixed with a workaround: if you connect both Employees to the same Google Calendar, then in case there's a booking for let's say 10 am with Employee A, then the same time slot at 10 am will be unavailable for further bookings with Employee B as well. Unfortunately, this workaround doesn't help to select two Employees for an Appointment separately. Thus, they will have to work in "fixed" pairs.
This is the best solution that we can offer you at this time.
Unfortunately, no, our developers do not accept customization projects at the moment since they are already working on some big features and on a complete redesign of Amelia.
It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.
But we can recommend this service for customization:

Hello Alessio and Urs,
Everything below is correct we would just add that you need to set this services in employee work hours and everything should be fine after that.
Hope this helps.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
