We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, I need a function, which strangely isn't available at the moment. your software allows me to create custom fields, such as the address field, when creating a service for the customer. the customer will then see the custom field in the form. but if as an administrator I have to manually create a service, that field does not exist, I cannot add it in any way, and therefore the booking cannot be the same as a customer's, if made from the backoffice. How come? How can I implement the same field and make it visible also in the backend if I create a manual reservation?
Hello Alessio,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
That's correct, the custom fields will appear on the booking form, when a customer gets to a certain step. But the way of displaying the custom fields on the backend is not through the new service, it's through the appointment.
You are actually "simulating" the same process as the customer, the only difference is that you are booking an appointment manually for the customer instead of the customer. So, when the custom fields are added, make sure that you assign them to the appropriate service/event and you will see the custom field in the Appointment section when you select all the parameters.
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
