In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello, I have just upgraded my subscription from basic to pro to have access to packages functionality but I still can't see it available on GUI. I have well updated purchase code on Wordpress option, and I have also tried to remove my wordpress extension to reinstall/reactivate it (after having downloaded the pro one available from your website). Also I mention that I have well an employee defined and selected on my services. Please can you halp me about it? Thanks in advance

New information about this ticket. I thought that pro version was not taken into account but in fact it is. The real issue is that Packages tab is not visible from the GUI using Chrome. I don't reproduce the issue using Firefox. Note that I cannot create Amelia Events either using Chrome, the window being empty (working with Firefox). Did you ever notice such behaviors Chrome-related? It will disrupt my process if I cannot use Chrome anymore. Thank in advance

Problem solved by removing the cache of Chrome web browser. I close the ticket. Thanks anyway
