Hey, We are using the premium plugin on our website in the general setting we set the default status of booking to be approved and when we try to book an appointment, the booking goes to the pending and we need to approve the booking manually. please give us reply on this asap
Hello Praveen,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Each service/event has its own settings, so you can treat them separately. That means that each service can be configured separately and you can set the status for each service according to your liking.
If you navigate to the service settings, you will see the Default Appointment Status option
When a customer books an appointment for this service, it will read the status from here.
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
