When I use a table with a select from a view, all of it works just fine.

but wher I add some placeholders, filters stop working.

If I use "select * from vw_viewX", multiselect filters shows all items in the table.

if i change to "select * from vw_viewX where where instructor_id = %CURRENT_USER_ID%",  the multiselect filter show "EMPTY

You can take a look to this video in a QA website: https://www.loom.com/share/13614dbc10a24658b09f1884cdd1ac47?sid=42f63ab4-787a-45a1-b91e-05a1003979f8

    Hi Adrian,

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Thank you for the Video and for these details.

It seems we are unable to reproduce that issue on our Tables and Test Websites.

But maybe you have something specific in your SQL View /  Query that we have not tested yet in this scenario.

Could we take a remote look at your Table and the Database, please?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens,

as well as FTP credentials and access to the database ( either link with credentials for PHPmyAdmin, or access to Hosting Panel),

so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

If you can also point us to this Table ID, please.

And would it be possible if you can send me a txt file that shows which Query you used to create this VIEW, please?

    Thank you.

    Kind Regards,
