Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: Our team will be out of the office on the 12th and 13th of September, but don’t worry—we'll be back in full swing on the 16th of September (since we don't operate on weekends anyway).
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we get back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hello, I have just upgraded my account from license pro to developper.
I would like to know if the update is done automatically, because on my TMS pluging account it says that the developper license is active, but I don't know where to find the API key.
Can you tell me how to get it?
Thank you very much,
Marina.
Hello Marina,
Thanks for reaching out to us. When you purchase a license, you need to enter the purchase code in the Activation settings in order to activate the automatic updates. But, if you see that the developer license is active, you should also be able to see the API key in Settings.
I hope it helps. Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Thank you for your feedback,
I already had the pro license, I upgraded to the developer license. When I go to "activation section", I don't see my license, it says "for security reasons your key is hidden but you can access it by going to store.tms-plugins.com (see screenshot 1).
When I go to store.tms-plugins.com, it says that I have a developer license (see screenshot 2).
When I go to Amelia, I don't have the API part (see screenshot 3), which is mentioned on the page: https://wpamelia.com/api-endpoints/
Can you please help me?
Regards,
Marina.

Hello Marina,
Thanks for the additional information.
The information you see in screenshot 1 is proof that you already activated the licence. It is hidden due to security reasons and you can also see that down at the bottom, there is a button to "Deactivate" the licence.
Screenshot 2 is also the confirmation that you have ownership of the Developer licence, indeed.
But, the API part is included in the Developer licence and it shouldn't be missing. What i can do i send the Amelia 6.7 Dev licence via WeTransfer. What you need to do is deactivate Amelia in the Plugin section temporarily, download the file, click on Add New and select the new file. It will ask you to overwrite and if everything is correct, you should be able to see the API part.
Please, let me know if it works after installing.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi, I just purchased the dev license, and I am having the same issue. I have tried every way of deactivating and reinstalling it again.
