You can use these shortcodes, for example - 

1. [ameliastepbooking show=packages] if you have Packages enabled, and you only want to show packages, without services in the form.

or this one, to filter by location 

1. [ameliastepbooking location=1] if you want to show the booking form for the location with ID 1,

Or if you have a category of services with the certain ID and then the package made out of those services in that category, you can use the shortcode

[ameliastepbooking category=31 show=packages] 

So category with the ID 31 has a 4 service in total, and there is package made of those 4 services. Using this shortcode, on the booking form, you will get only a package with those services
