We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
A few questions about the Amelia plug-in after I spoke with our client. We build the website for his company.
1. The 'Book Now' (Koop nu) button disappears above the fold after I click on the "Read More (Ga verder)" button when I want to book a Yoga lesson. (see: https://pxlsz.nl/paw/yoga/#les-boeken)
2. Is it possible for customers to add themself to a waiting list when a lesson is sold out?
3. Our client needs to add old customers to the system, also with packages (10 lessons). Most of the customers have left a few lessons. Is there an easy way for my client to change the amount of lessons for a customers in his package?
4. Is it possible to connect the system with Sender.net to add customers to a newsletter list?
Hello Thijs,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
1. The 'Book Now' (Koop nu) button disappears above the fold after I click on the "Read More (Ga verder)" button when I want to book a Yoga lesson. (see: https://pxlsz.nl/paw/yoga/#les-boeken) Your page is not working
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
2. Is it possible for customers to add themself to a waiting list when a lesson is sold out? - Not yet, we are working on implementing waiting list feature and hopefully it will be implemented in the next couple of months
3. Our client needs to add old customers to the system, also with packages (10 lessons). Most of the customers have left a few lessons. Is there an easy way for my client to change the amount of lessons for a customers in his package? - Amelia is no t designed in that way but perhaps they can book new packages for those customers and then they can try and book several appointments in the past so that they can have only few new ones left
4. Is it possible to connect the system with Sender.net to add customers to a newsletter list? - Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. We do not have integration with them.
Kind regards.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi Marko,
Thank you for replying, next time I will use separate tickets.
We also saw that the Amelia plugin is not working at the moment. We have no idea why, but all the data we put in is gone. It looks like there was en big reset of the Amelia Plugin on the site, even a replacement of an old back-up doesn't help. Are there more complains about this? Was there an update lately that might trigger this? Do you have any idea what we can do to get all the data back?

Hi,
In the meantime we solved the issue with the lost data. It was a conflict with an function.php code.
You can use the login or watch the page to see what I mean with the first point.
Thijs
Hello Thijs,
The button is there
Your theme scrolls it down
But the button is there. This does not happen with my theme for example this is due to your theme not Amelia. You can see that in the video that we are sending you.
Best regards.
