I can't find a way to display all the employee appointments on my google calendar (administrator), it only synchronizes mine, but for that of the employees I must necessarily enter wordpress to view them.
Events from Google Calendar will not be displayed in Amelia but busy events from Google Calendar will block time slots in Amelia. For that purpose, please make sure that the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page. Also, you can increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option as well.
How can one achieve this? A google account has to be created for each employee and then you can add it to a shared google calendar. Or can one log into the same google account for all employees and use that calendar?
For that purpose, I would suggest that each employee is connected to a Google calendar and then share each calendar to one main Google calendar. You can read more about sharing the calendar on the following link.

As an administrator, I need to view on my Google Calendar, ALL Employee appointments and not just those that are entered in my name.

For that purpose, you can share all of the calendars of the employees into one main Google Calendar.
