In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We are a yoga studio that sells class packages. We had several clients who already had packages purchase another package without exhausting their first one. When they have been booking their classes, it shows a negative value in their first package. For example, if they bought a 10 class pass package, and they bought a second 10 class package, but didn't finish their first one, the system begins to deduct the 11th class from their original package, then reflects a -1 from the first 10 pack, instead of deducting 1 from the next 10 pack.
Please see the attachment that shows the negative value. Those people have 2 10 packs. But the system isn't deducting the value from the second pack. Instead, it reflects a negative value in the first package they bought and their second package is still fully available. These customers are using the same email address for both packages.
We must resolve this issue immediately.

Hi Uros We are using the latest version of Amelia, version 6.7, our PHP is 8.1.23 and the version Elementor v3.17.2
I noticed that Amelia released an update today for version 7.0 I am going to update the plugin and see if that rectifies this situation.

After my update to 7.0, my website is now experiencing CRITICAL ISSUES and does NOT WORK! I'm super angry about this and it is causing me loss of revenue. When I deactivate Amelia, my site works fine. But then my members cannot track their packages, schedule classes, buy packages, I cannot track finances, book classes... NOTHING.
This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND MUST BE ADDRESSED AND FIXED!!!!!!

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
