Is there a way for the employee to add a file to the customer's appointment which is accessible to the customer from the front-end after the appointment is complete?
I know custom fields exist but it seems like that is for "Customers" in the front end.
Is there a way to make this work where the employee can find a specific appointment and add a report for the patient. Patient can then see the report from customer panel?
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features.
