My client has 2 free services, a free advice call and a free quick check. When someone books either one of them they have to be added to their respective automations in ActiveCampaign.
The free advice automation is triggered by a tag that is added by Zapier and the date of the appointment should be added to field Datum adviesgesprek.
The quick check service sends the date of the planned appointment to the contact in field Datum Quick Check MB - alleen datum.
I created 2 separate zaps with their own webhook and added the zapier url for the webhook to Amelia.
I remember that 2 years ago, it was not possible to determine what type of service was booked, so both zaps were fired when someone booked either of those services.
To my joy I saw that Zapier now offers the option to 'pick off a child key', which I have added to both zaps. The child key is respectively {"name": "Quick Check Moneybird"} and {"name": "Gratis Adviesgesprek"}.
However, still both zaps are fired when someone books either appointment.
Did I do something wrong? The bit about picking off a child key is missing from your documentation.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Can you please let me know which version of the Amelia plugin you have installed on your website?

I have disabled the Quick check zap now in Zapier, as clients will otherwise be added to both. I hope you can give me an answer soon.

P.S. As you are so busy, maybe it is an idea to ask this in the initial form where I enter my ticket?
Hello Debbie,
Thank you for clearing that up and for your patience.
Can you please update the Amelia plugin to the latest version (6.7), test it out, and let me know if it works or not?
Looking forward to your reply.

The issue was my lack of understanding of filters in Zapier.
