My team member(s) who have WP user role as Amelia Manager are not being able to find one specific Amelia Employee when they go to Amelia Appointments section and try to book a new appointment.
This, however, isn't the case with WP users with Administrator role. They can search that specific Amelia Employee in Amelia Appointments just fine.
We're on Amelia v6.7 and the name doesn't contain any accents E.g. Josè
We can not replicate this issue with the manager role. Can you please check in WordPress users if you have several roles added to this user check both of them? For example admin and employee or employee and customer. etc. Or if this user has the same mail as other user for example admin/manager and employee or employee and customer. etc.
If this is the case then you should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
After that Amelia should work properly again. Please do that and let us know how it goes.
This user has always been Amelia Employee and no other role was assigned to her. I tried de-linking WP user and re-linking, renaming the Amelia Employee name, nothing is working
I figured out what was the issue. The Employee had no work hours added (0 work hours available) hence her profile was not appearing.
You may close this ticket. But please try to make this obvious in some way in future Amelia updates so it'll help the rest of the people troubleshoot a bit easier.
