Have a few support private tickets open for a couple days now and I've not received any acknowledgement on them. I can't find anywhere indicating typical time for response either so I'm not sure if it's someone backed up, or if tickets are just going ignored.

Our Support response time is usually within several hours, but in rare situations when there is a higher number of tickets, we do take longer, and we do them in order as they arrive.
This kind of delay should not happen again.
