Terrible support. We became frustrated with trying to ask a simple question about our license with WPDataTables. We tried to log into our account at TMS plugins but could figure out how to do that. Then we went to Paddle.net and the bot could not help us. We came back to TMS Plugins but still could not figure out how to log into our account. Do you have an account for your customers? We wanted to get a license key and find out if we needed to upgrade our license or if we already had a license that would cover us adding the plugin to more websites. Finally gave up and canceled our subscription. Too much time for something so simple. Where did we go wrong?
