Yes, when there is an issue like this, it's usually related to the caching plugin conflict.
What we usually recommend is changing the theme and deactivating all other plugins except for our plugin, refreshing the page where the issue is, and seeing if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.
Since you are using the w3 Total Cache, there is an option called minify JS in basic settings in the w3 Total Cache. Usually disabling this, solves the issue.
